Phillipsburg native, lawyer, and BethWorks LLC partner Michael “Boss” Perrucci owns the 70-acre site, just as he also owns the 70-acre site at P’burg’s Howard and Stockton streets, originally slated for the museum’s site - and just as Perrucci also got him gloms on the 388-acre Ingersoll-Rand site in P’burg and ther 126-acre former Bethlehem Steel Corporation known as BethWorks for a Las Vegas Sands casino, of which with former New Jersey Governor Jim Florio, Newmark & Co. Realty of New York City, Barry Gosin, and Jeff Gural, and the law firms of Fischbein, Badillo, Wagner, and Harding, also of NYC, and Cozy O’Connor of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s Thomas “Tad” Decker.

My first business of today is to capture on my computer’s hard-drive two articles published in the December 10, 2006, edition of The Morning Call Girl, whore to Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell and the commonwealth’s legislature.
Legislators include former state senator Joe Conti of Bucks County, who declined to seek re-election after the outraged public’s searing fire-and-brimstone wrath showered down on the legislature’s perfidious Pearl Harbor-style sneak attack.

Though The Morining Call Girl today still carries many stories from yesterday’s edition, they do not include the one about Lehigh County Executive Don Cunningham and his abuse of campaign funds in buying a luxury car for his official and personal use from Deichman-Walker Chevrolet.
Whatever pressure he brought to bear on the Call Girl wouldn’t have taken much. Indeed, it wouldn’t have taken any at all: She’s always more than happy to spread her pages for political johns like Cunningham.

Last Tuesday of this week, November 29, 2006, the Easton, Pennsylvania, Parking Authority’s five members voted to purchase the former Simon Silk Mill located on S. 13th St. and has made an offer of $2.5 million to the building’s owner, James Garofalo, a price the authority offered previously and that Mr. Garofalo refused.
The authority also warned Mr. Garafalo that if he doesn’t accept this latest offer, it or Easton’s Redevelopment Authority will seize the property through eminent domain.
