Corruption in Northampton County and in What’s Radidly Becoming a Truly Third-Class City, Bethlehem
An article in the Brownsfield News exposes the lies of Lehigh Valley Industrial Parks Executive Director Kerry Wrobel.
In fact, the article exposes the most scarlet scandal in the history of Pennsylvania since the notorious Walking Purchase of 1737. That was the fraud perpetrated on the Delaware Indian Tribe and its political successor the Lenni Lenape Tribe.
The fraud was perpetrated by Thomas Penn, a son of Pennsylvania’s founder, William Penn.
The fraud involved cheating the native Americans out of 315 acres in Forks Township and the forgery of deeds conveying those acreas from one European settler’s family to another.
Hundreds of years later, these frauds are still being perpetrated by Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendlell, the Federal District Court in Philadelphia, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, also in Philadelphia.
This is the court that now rivals the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond for its ultra-conservative political bias.
The Third Circuit is the court of Samuel Alito, recently appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President George W. Bush and confirmed first by the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chairmed by Pennsylvania Senior U.S. Senator Arlen Specter and then by the full Senate.
The Third Circuit is also the court on which Rendell’s spouse Midge sits, as well as former Pennsylvania Attorney General J. Michael Fisher, the non-candidate that Rendell’s predecessor Tom Ridge put up against gubernatorial candidate Rendell, to the outrage of Pennsylvania’s auditor general and former treasurer, Barbara Hafer.
Ridge passed Hafer over in favor of Fisher, Ridge’s throw-away candidate against the favored Rendell - just as the Pennsylvania Republican Party Committee in the current gubernatorial constest is sacrificing Lynn Swann, and, before Swann, Bill Scranton.
This leaves me the only viable challenger to Rendell as the Indendent Party candidate to challenge Fast Eddy in the November general election.
To challenge, I need 40,000 signatures on a nominating paper before August 1, 2006, and I am relying on your help to obtain them.
With the help of the Internet, we can do it.
Also sitting on the Third Cirucuit Court of Appeals is former Easton Federal District Judge Franklin VanAntwerpen, who occupies the seat long-coveted by Northampton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Robert Freeberg and the county’s District Attorney John M. Morganelli.
In fact, Freedberg and Morganelli so lusted after the position that the racist Morganelli torpedoed the nomination of Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Fredrica Massiah-Jackson, an African-American, whom U.S. President Bill Clinton had nominated to the Third Circuit.
Finally, the Third Circuit was the court of Michael Chertoff, the former New Jersey federal prosecutor who with Special Prosecutor Ken Starr prosecuted - and persecuted - Bill and Hillary Clinton in Whitewater.
Chertoff was rewarded for that failed attempt at conviction for Clinton’s impeachment that the former prosecutor was appointe to the Third Circuit and from there as the Secreatary of the cabinet-level Department of Homeland Security, discredited by Katryna and Rita, and, closer to home, by September 18, 2004’s Hurrican Ivan and the torrential, frog-strangling rainfall of April 3, 2005.

From the proceeds of the fraudulent 2001 $111 million omnibus bond floated by Northampton County’s illegal General Purpose Authority, $13.1 milllion was disbursed to build Commerce Center Boulevard nearly a mile long from Pennsylvania Route 412 near the Saucon Tract to the 550-acres parcel subdivided to accommodate Majestic Realty of Los Angeles, California.
This real estate transaction was negotiated by Bethlehem City Council Preident J. Michael Schweder, the president of AT&T for all of New Jersey and Pennsylvnaia, registered in New Jersey as a lobbyist because NJ law requires it, but not so registered in Pennsylvnania because the law doesn’t, and departing amidst scandal Lehigh-Northampton State Representative and Chairman of the Pennsylvnia Democratic Party Committee T.J. Rooney.
Schweder presided over the Bethlehem City Council meeting defeating the zoning amendment proposed by council members Joseph Leeson and Gordon Mowrer that would have prevented the construction of a Las Vegas Sands slot-machine gambling casino on the former Bethlehem Steel site.
